Mad For Plaid

Every winter we find ourselves falling madly in love with plaid....well at least I do:)  I'm on board whether it be Christmas plaid, navy & green plaid or any plaid! Cozy checked patterns and fabrics are ideal for snowy days, adding a dose of seasonal color and texture to your attire and decor.  Plaid can be casual, but when paired with a palette of crisp white and elegant black, plus clean, polished details, the pattern looks more luxe than a lumberjack.I'm really loving this "Fortuna Dickey Jacket" by Veronica Beard.  It is tailored to perfection. This long and lean virgin wool blend blazer features double-breasted buttons, cutaway front, and a peak lapel. This style pairs perfectly with trousers, skinny jeans, over a dress, with a skirt or event a tulle skirt!Speaking of tulle skirt here is my  LOOK #1 "Carrie Bradshaw Version" with the jacket over this tulle skirt by CHIC WISH pulled in with these Schutz Mesh Booties &  Gucci Belt.So much fun with this look!!!  I've worn it to date night and a friends event. Would be perfect for any holiday party!  Who doesn't love a little Carrie Bradshaw in their life?For LOOK#2 I've paired it with my skinny jeans by FRAME a simple white t-shirt and black pumps.  This gives you a casual but chic sophisticated look to take to any lunch, dinner,  meeting or around town shopping.For LOOK#3  I've paired it with a leather skirt, over the knee boots and a simple white t-shirt.  This is a more flirty fun look for a girls night out or fun event with family and friends!What do you think of plaid details?
