I feel like I'm bathing in the Bahamas!:))I have been using Neutrogena for years and I love the approachable price point with a luxe sensibility of their products!Self Care "Me Time" is one of the most important things you can do especially when you are a mom or caretaker with a very busy schedule. Moms are always the one taking the back seat and tending to everyone else’s needs except hers. That is why its even MORE important to carve out 20, 30 or 60 minutes per day to give yourself a little TLC! I know ladies what you are thinking……WHERE & HOW do I find that time every day? Well….You have to take a bath every day SO let's make that “Me Time” right there in your bathtub. Here are some of the ways I find “Me Time” at home to pamper myself every chance I get right in my bathtub……First, if you are like me or most moms bedtime is inevitable and comes at the same time every night for the kiddos. Go draw that bath as soon as the sweet angels close their eyes. If you have a few emails or last-minute "close out the night" tasks do those before you draw the bath so your mind is clear and on YOU before you step into that bath. Just thinking about the bath filling up with bubbles is “Me Time”:)) I cannot think of a more soothing place to be after a long busy day.Secondly, if your a reader like most of us are then grabbing that book or tablet and read for even just 15 minutes. Whatever you do DO NOT answer or open any texts or emails that is “Me Time” suicide!!! If you have a news app that is ok to catch up on your news or celebrity gossip or social media. That is perfectly ok for “Me Time” you’ve earned that screen time Gal!Thirdly, if you appreciate the grapes ladies grab that glass of wine and really indulge in that “Me Time”! The Doctor Says….two glasses of red wine a day is just what the Doc ordered good old Vinotherapy! I take a sip of wine, lean back and close my eyes. I let the movie reel of my day run through my head and wait for it to go dark and quiet. Finally, It is quiet in my head. It is quiet in my house. Take another sip of wine. Now I let my mind drift. Where will it go? Sometimes it will visit friends. Just a reminder to call someone, and don’t forget that someone’s birthday is next week. On we drift. Another sip of wine. More drifting….As I relax and my skin turns red I stop drifting. Now I float. I float on a cloud of wine and steam. It's amazing!Fourthly, massage your neck & shoulders with your fingers right on that point where you carry all that stress of the day. Hold tight for a few seconds and release. I am no massage therapist but I know which spots to hold tight and that release feels so good. A layer of stress will melt off.Lastly, Pray & Be Thankful for your Day! Say it out loud in that bathtub!!! Just "Thanking" and "Praying" will help you feel so much better and is the best medicine you can take! Be thankful for everything you accomplished that day no matter how big or small. Thank you, Lord you opened your eyes today! All this can be done in 15, 20, 30 or 60 minutes a day! YES, my friends YOU Are Worth 15 minutes per day to recharge your batteries and take it back to zero and reset yourself so you can be the best YOU every day!I would love to hear about how you make "Me Time" in your home and if you have used the Rainbath Bath Gels which scent is your Favorite?
